1. Mix together the oatmeal, coconut flakes, raisins and almonds. Cut the 4 dates into small pieces and add them too.
2. Now heat the milk slowly in a pan, adding the cereal mixture when it is lukewarm. Let everything simmer together with constant stirring until the milk and cereal have turned into a soft porridge Now share the porridge into two bowls, sprinkle a teaspoon of cinnamon over each and garnish the bowls to taste with fresh strawberries, raspberries and honey.
3. Our porridge mixture also tastes quite excellent as a regular breakfast cereal! Again, pour into two bowls and sprinkle a teaspoon of cinnamon on top of each one. Depending on your mood, you can also add cold milk or yogurt, strawberries, raspberries and honey.
