• 200 g goat cheese roll
• 4 ripe figs
• 4 sprigs of rosemary
• 4 teaspoons of honey

Baked goat cheese with rosemary, figs and honey


Cut the cheese into 8 slices, halve the fig, place two pieces of cheese, a half of a fig and a sprig of rosemary in each fireproof dish, add a teaspoon of honey to each and heat on the grill or in the oven until the cheese starts to melt.
